  • Alcohol or drugs usage is one of the major contributor of stress symptoms and they also weakens your power to cope with stress symptoms and they even makes the symptoms worst by bringing the negative feelings like anger and sadness.
  • The yoga is one of the best stress relieving activity and it should be performed to protect you from stress.
