Good sleep is very important for healthy life. But some disorders may prevent good sleep. In this article we have discussed these disorders:
Mostly adults have problem of insomnia or sleeplessness. The definition of insomnia is that difficulty in initiating or maintaining sleep or both. This reason of this may be inadequate sleep or no sleep. The females are more affected then male.
Narcolepsy is chronic disorder and it affect the that part of the brain ehich regulate when to sleep and when to awake. The main symptoms of nercolepsy is excessive daytime sleep. These people fall asleep during working, studing, cooking or even driving. It is geneic disorder and the first symptoms is appear between the age of 10 and 25 years. When a narcoleptic falls asleep they generally experience the Repid Eye Movement stage of sleep within 10 minutes, on the other hands most of the people do not experience REM sleep until after 90 minutes. There is no evidence to suggest that narcoleptics tend to have a shorter life span.
Restless legs Syndrome
Restless legs syndrome is a disorder that is part of nervous system that is reason of strong urge to legs movement. It is consider sleep disorder because it interfares with sleep. People who are suffering from this they feel strange sensation in their legs which prevent them to move. This sansation is difficult to explain. It is not painful but it is uncomfortable. It is the worst at rest time when your are lying ob bed. The sansation in leds leads to difficulty in walking, sleep deprivation and stress.
Sleep apnea is disorder which is caused by reduction breathing during sleep. This is very common among adults but rare in adults. It is usually in chroni condition which distrube your sleep.
When your breath shallow or pause you can not sleep. So this is main reason of poor sleep qulaity that make your tired during whole day. It may cause of excessive daytime sleepiness.
