Erection Dysfunction – Causes, Symptoms and Treatment

When a man is unable to do sex with his partner due to erection problems is suffering from Erection Dysfunction, erection problems are most commonly known as Erectile dysfunction or Impotence.

These problems can occur at any age but they are found in men, who are suffering from different health diseases.

Treatment can help in reducing the symptoms of this disease.

According to the Massachusetts study of men relating to their age, it says that about 40% of men suffer from Erectile Dysfunction at the age of 40 years in comparison with the 70% of men at the age of 70 years. The increase in Erectile Dysfunction increases at about 5% to 15% as the age is increased from 40 years to 70 years. This really does not mean that sex life ends with the increase in age as this situation is curable.

  • Taking medicines that may help in getting Erection including Viagra etc. Always consult a doctor before taking any such medicine. If you are suffering from Heart diseases, such medicines can be dangerous for your health.

    4. Change in the body color, the color of body may become Red

Erectile Dysfunction is sometimes a sign of other diseases like Heart Disease. A study done in the year 2010 says that this condition may be symptoms of Heart attack, Stroke and death from cardiovascular diseases. The men suffering from this condition should be checked for Cardiovascular disease. This does mean that all the men suffering from Heart diseases must be suffering from Erectile Dysfunction or all the men suffering from Erectile Dysfunction may also suffer from Cardiovascular diseases but there is a link found between these 2 things.

Discussion of Erectile Dysfunction with Your Partner

It is natural to feel embarrassed, when you are suffering from this Erectile Dysfunction.  Don’t forget that your partner is also affected from this condition of yours.
