Energy is the main force behind our every activity. This is the main source of our daily activities, in this busy lifestyle we are always running out of time & this tight schedule make us more tired more fatigue. So we need some easy & quick process to improve our energy level.

•    Always start the day with a well balanced nutritional breakfast that will be able to boost up your energy level.

•    Beginning the day with some early morning walk or jogging is also recommended for enhancing your energy.

•    Another important thing is taking a deep breath; it’s able to re-oxygenate your physical as well as mental energy.

•    When you are running out of time & fail to manage time for your yoga or gym classes, then do some yoga movements yourself or you can try meditation also, deep breathing is also beneficial for the overall well- being.

•    Study revealed that warm touches, relationship with full support can reduce your stress level. So spending time with your kids, playing with them can make you feel better.

•    You can also splash some cool water on your face-neck- eyes, it can make you feel good & give you some relief from physical as well as mental strength.

•    Try to maintain an organiser diary to write the things, instead of remembering them & give your brain some relief from the extra stress.

•    Dehydration can be the cause of drowsiness, so drinking plenty of fluids is necessary to maintain the energy level.

•    Like breakfast a well balanced lunch is also required, which can re-energize you to spend the rest of the day.

•    Try to live in an organised manner. Scatter things can leave a dull impact; because tracing out things from an unorganised setting can make you feel tense & also you will unnecessarily lose your energy.

•    Always keep some handy snacks, so that you can use those whenever you feel hungry between the meals.  It will help to keep your energy level up, but make sure that the snacks are healthy.
