    The research from the University of the West Scotland shows that people who have sex at least once in 2 weeks are better able to manage the difficult situations like public dealing. This research was conducted by the researcher of Psychology Professor Stuart Brody, PhD.

    The Stress of an individual is reduced because the Endorphins and the Oxytocin are released during the Sex. These hormones are known as the feel-good hormones. Laura Berman, PhD, an Associate Professor of      Ob-gyn and Psychiatry at the Feinberg School of Medicine at the Northwestern University says that the feel-good hormones activate the pleasure in the Brain, this Hormones creates feeling of closeness, relaxation and vanishes the Depression.
