Watermelon Strawberry Soup

Watermelon is a good remedy for kidney related diseases. It helps to lower the cholesterol level. It’s a good source of watermelonsoup2Vitamin C,  Folacin & have anti sclerotic effect. Watermelon is a good remedy for anemia. It also a rich source of Vitamin A, which helps you to see in the dark. It has potential to protect your body from infections.


Ingredients:

Watermelon (cut into medium size)- 4 cups
Yogurt- ½ cup
Strawberries- 1 pint
Sugar- 2 tbsp
Mint (fresh)- to garnish
Lemon juice- 2 ½ tbsp

Direction:

Wash the watermelon peoperly and cut into medium pieces.
Peel out seeds & blend with sugar.
Make it into a smooth liquid.
Pour the liquid in a chilled bowl.
Now blend strawberries with yogurt & lemon juice.
Pour in the watermelon liquid & mix well.
Refrigerate it for 2-3 hours.
Garnish the top with mint & serve chilled.
