Spinach Smoothie : A nice source of energy

This fibre supplier can decrease the constipation related problems & also improve your immune system. Spinach has potential to fight against age related eye ailments. It is also recommended for patients suffering from asthma, migraine, arthritis etc.

1.    Fresh spinach
2.    Papaya (large)- ½
3.    Parsley- 1 handful
4.    Orange juice (freshly squeezed)- 4
5.    Banana- 1-2
6.    Dandelion root- 1 handful

•    Wash the spinach in warm water & put it in the blender.
•    Add the dandelion root along with papaya & parsley. Blend for a few seconds.
•    Pour the orange juice & banana.
•    Blend the whole ingredients properly until you get the complete smooth liquid.
•    Transfer from the blender & pour in the freezer container.
•    Place it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours & serve chilled.
