Spinach Quiche

Spinach is an excellent source of Calcium, Vitamin C, K, Folic acid, Fibre etc. It helps to make your bone stronger. Its spinach-quiche1a good remedy for age related memory loss. It has the potential to control your blood sugar levels.


Ingredients:
Spinach (chopped)- 300 gm
Cheese (mozzarella)- 1 cup (shredded)
Cheese (cheddar)- 1/4cup shredded
Parmesan cheese- 1/4cup (shredded)
Cream (whipping)- ½ cup
½ cup- milk
4- Egg
1 tbsp- Sun flower seeds
Chopped 1 onion (medium)
1 tbsp- butter
1 tbsp-Olive oil
1 cove- Garlic(cut into small pieces)
Salt & pepper as per taste
¼ tsp- nutmeg

Direction:
Firstly preheat the oven to 325F. Take a quiche pan & grease it ( or a 9 inch pie pan ).
Take a frying pan & heat olive oil & butter in it. Add onions & fry till turn brown.
In another bowl mix milk, eggs & whipping cream together. Stir to mix well.
Now add mozzarella-parmesan cheese, spinach, & sunflower seeds. Stir continuously to mix properly.
Pour the whole mixture in the quiche pan.
On the top sprinkle the cheddar cheese.
For about 30-35 minutes bake the whole dish.
Take it off from oven & let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
Dish is ready to serve.
