Pasta Con Broccoli

Broccoli is reach source of fiber, carotenoids, and vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin K,. It has the potential to prevent broccoli1stomach & colon cancer. It is a useful remedy for people suffering from calcium defiance as it’s an excellent supplier of calcium. Broccoli is an useful remedy to control your blood sugar level.


Pasta- 12 oz
Broccoli- 3 cup
Butter-1 tbsp
Garlic- 4 cloves
Onion- 1 (chopped finely)
Lemon juice- ¼ cup (almost 1 lemon)
Lemon rind- 1 tsp (grated)
Chicken stock- ½ cup
Flour- 3 tbsp
Pepper & salt as per taste
Parmesan cheese- grated
Milk  -2 ½ cup
Res pepper (sweet)- 1 sliced


Take a large bowl & pour salted water. Add pasta & cook as per the packet direction.

Cook the pasta till it is half done and add broccoli. Stir well.

Allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes & drain the water and keep it in a separate container.

Take another container and melt the butter on medium heat. Gradually add garlic & onion. Stir frequently till the onion turn golden.

Pour lemon juice & cook until the juice vaporised.

Scatter flour on the onion mixture. Slowly add chicken stock, milk & lemon rind.

Sprinkle salt & pepper. Add red pepper & let it cook for more 4-5 minutes till the sauce thickens.

Pour the drained broccoli & pasta. Stir well to mix properly.

Cook it for 3-4 minutes more. Garnish the top with parmesan cheese and the dish is ready.
