Papaya-Ginger Smoothie

It is a rich source of Vitamin A, E, and C. This rich source of antioxidants helps you to prevent various diseases. papaya-ginger-smoothe-21Papaya is an excellent source of fibre, which help in curing your constipation related problems.

It can also help to clear intestinal worms & provide relief from indigestion problems.

Papaya- 2 ½ (cut into pieces)
Yoghurt (plain)- 2-3 cup
Ginger- 1 tbsp (chopped)
Lemon- 2 (juice)
Honey-1 tbsp
Mint leaves- for garnish
Ice cubes-7-8

Refrigerate the papaya overnight.
Blend together-papaya, ginger, honey, lemon juice, & yogurt in a blender .
Pour water until the mixture turn semi solid.
Garnish with mint leaves & your healthy cool drink is ready.
