Grilled Rosemary-Salmon Spedini

People who suffer from heart ailments need to pay some special attention to their diet. When you are having heart grilled-rosemary-salmonproblems it doesn’t mean you need to sacrifice tasty foods. You can easily get the taste with some healthy foods to.


1.    Garlic- 2 cloves (diced)
2.    Fresh rosemary- 2 tsp (diced)
3.    Lemon juice- 1 tsp
4.    Lemon zest (freshly grated)- 1 tsp

5.    Extra virgin olive oil- 2 tsp
6.    Cherry tomatoes- 1pint
7.    Kosher salt- ½ tsp
8.    Pepper (freshly ground)- ¼ tsp
9.    Salmon fillet- 1 pound (chopped into 1 inch cubes & skinned)


•    On medium heat pre heat the grill.
•    Take a medium sized bowl & mix together garlic along with oil, lemon juice, rosemary, pepper, lemon zest & salt.
•    Now pour the salmon pieces & toss well to get the proper coating.
•    In a 12 inch skewers put salmon (divide) intermittently & tomatoes.
•    Grease the grill rack with oil & then grill the skewers.
•    Remember to turn them after every few minutes (till the salmon is cooked well).
•    Remove from the heat & serve instantly.
