Cabbage Soup

Cabbage has the potential to lower the risk of cancer. It also can prevent the heart diseases. Its a rich source of sodium cabbage-soup1& very much useful for those suffering with blood pressure related problems. Cabbage soup is considered to be used for pre-surgical heart patients. Its a good diet for those want to reduce excess weight. It helps to improve your constipation problems. Garnishing with cabbage can give your special dish an excellent look.

Cabbage- ½ head
Celery- 1 (bunch)
Onion- 4 (medium)
Carrot- 3
Salt-As per taste
Cumin powder- To enhance the flavour

Wash all the vegetables under running water or you can soak them in hot water.
Chop all the ingredients into small pieces.
Now take all the ingredients in a non stick pan & stir for 3-4 minutes on medium temperature.
Add boiling water (till ingredients covered).
Cover the top & let it boil properly.
Remove from oven and pour in the blender & blend properly.
Again pour the mixture in the pan & heat for a few minutes on low temperature.
Add cumin powder & salt to enhance the taste.
Take it off from the heat and place in a serving bowl.
