This recipe contains low calories, which can help you to maintain proper weight & get rid of excess weight and in turns is also beneficial for your heart. It is useful to eliminate all obesity or excess weight related ailments.
1. Port- ½ cup
2. Honey- 1 tbsp
3. Balsamic vinegar- 1/3 cup
4. Fresh thyme- 1 tbsp (minced finely)
5. Shallot (large size)- ¼ cup diced finely
6. Dijon mustard- 2 tbsp
7. Salt- As per Taste
8. Extra virgin olive oil- 2 tbsp
9. Ground pepper- As per taste
• Take a medium sized saucepan & add the vinegar along with the port, shallot, thyme & honey.
• Boil the mixture on the medium temperature.
• Don’t forget to stir well.
• Now turn the heat on low temperature & allow it to cook for 5-10 minutes more (until you get the tender texture).
• Take it off from the heat & sprinkle mustard oil along with the salt & pepper.
• Now serve hot with perfect seasoning.
