Tuna contains omega-3 fatty acid which is able to improve the cardiovascular system. It has potential to reduce the
injurious cholesterol. It is a reliever from joint pains, which occurs because of inflammation. Tuna is an outstanding source of protein, which can keep your skin healthy & is also beneficial for your hair, internal organs etc. It improves your metabolism system & is also capable of burning your body fat. Ingredients:
1. Sweet peppers- 4
2. Eggplant- 1
3. Canned tuna- 250 gm
4. Carrot- 1
5. Onion- 1
6. Salt- as per taste
7. Tomato sauce- 100gm
8. Olive oil- 3-4 tbsp
Direction:
• Mince the onion into small pieces.
• Now use the fork to crush the tuna.
• Grate the carrot properly & finely chop the eggplant.
• Dice the peppers into lengthwise halves & take off the seeds.
• Now take a frying pan & heat oil on medium temperature.
• Add the onions & fry for a few minutes.
• Now pour the tomato sauce & carrot, stir well.
• Allow it to fry for 4-6 minutes & add the eggplant.
• Again stir for 3-4 minutes & then add the crushed tuna.
• Sprinkle the salt as per taste & stir properly to combine all the ingredients well.
• Now use the mixture to stuff the peppers.
• Prepare the baking sheet with a coating of olive oil.
• Place the baking sheet in the oven & allow it to bake for almost 30-35 minutes.
• Remove from the oven & transfer to the serving plate.
• Decorate with carrots along with coriander leaves if you want & serve them hot.
