Dark CirclesYour eyes shine so bright, but these dark circles beneath, robs you off your beauty. Do you think that putting up late to finish the quarterly reporting, or watching late night movies, or working on the laptop for a long time is the reason, then you are very wrong.

Mostly these dark under eye circles are nothing but mere bruises. To elaborate it biologically is our skin under the eye is thinnest and we have innumerable blood capillaries passing through it. The red blood cells line up and often result in leak capillaries causing the bruise. It is the combination of capillaries near the surface and the translucent skin that makes the discoloration so apparent. And that is the reason why your dark circles stare back at you in the mirror.

However research suggests that dark circles can sometimes be hereditary too. The lack of basic nutrients and balanced diet too might cause discoloration of the skin under the eye.
