Diet controlOverweight or obesity has become a disease. One needs to be meticulous if one has to shed the extra pounds. Excessive fat leads to various diseases like threats of cardiac arrest, high cholesterol, hypertension, diabetes, arthritis etc. Moreover, overweight also creates problem to do the daily chores also. It reduces your energy level to a large extent. You feel tired very quickly. Obesity affects your appearance and it often result in low self esteem.

It is soon becoming a very serious concern. But, however it is never too late or too busy to kick start a fitness regime to lead a more social and productive life. Keeping fit is great, but the question is how to control the munching snacks now and then, drinking sodas while watching movies and then reduce weight. It is advisable not to go for any short cuts to weight loss like-skip meals or taking diet pills. This is because any pill has side effects too.
