The question rises how we can maintain good health as none of us want to be ill or to be more exact to plunge in poor health especially during those times when we are busy in making beautiful plans regarding life. 1. Move your body as much as you can
Movement is a sign of life, the earth is moving, the other heavenly bodies are moving even everything that has an iota of life is moving. So, to maintain the life of every limb and joint of your body you will have to move .The more you move, the more life you give to your body. Walk, run, play with your children, chase your dog, ride on a Bicycle, swim or do want you want to do but just move your body and move as much as you can.
2. No more fatty foods
Fatty foods give you just a momentary pleasure but in longer run it gives you nothing but pain and ridiculous remarks due to your tub of lard sort of body. So, first try to avoid fatty foods or if you find it difficult to say no to these foods and can’t stop your hand, burn these extra fats by moving your body as described above as much as you can. Cheese, nuts, sandwiches, burgers, fatty meats like bacon, pork, ham, butter, margarine are not forbidden foods but their excess must consider forbidden.
3. Try to live a happy and stress free life
Though these are difficult objects to attain, yet you must try your level best to live happily and stress free. You must not avoid yourself with those activities in which you feel pleasure and surly give some time to your likings.
4. Control yourself.
Don’t indulge yourself in any such activity as you know it is harmful for your health. Excessive drinking, smoking, overeating are harmful for health but still we do all these wrongs with ourselves. The simple reason is that we can’t control ourselves to these

Clean and smooth teeth not only increase your face value but they also play a pivotal role in maintaining good health. Many new studies suggest that a deep relation is found between dental health and overall health .So, viewing this relation between dental health and overall health one must visit one’s dentist at least once in a month.

To gain the wealth of health one requires persistent efforts and cares but we must keep in mind that the wealth of health gives more comfort and pleasure than any other wealth .All the riches of the world seem useless if health is not good.
