I agree on this article but I think there isn’t any “seasonal vegetables” no more. With new technology even non-seasonal vegetables are not that expensive now.
Cool article anyway.
Kids usually do not want to eat vegetables. I am looking for articles that can teach me how to ask them to eat vegetables. But still this one helps too.
We always tend to forget the basic need for better diet lies on vegetables rather than going for those expensive high-end diet plans. This article really tells you all and should be followed gracefully.
I always hate vegetables. I don’t know why. Maybe, I should born as carnivore or something. Lolz
However, I’m on strict diet now and vegetables helps a lot in replacing those heavy meals I used to have. Now, I lost about 20 lbs in just 2 months and I am proud to say that I did it naturally.
Without the greens, I don’t think it is achievable.
You can try to make a vegetable pure and use in the pastry or pizza or pasta. I watch it in Oprah and its works to blend with the other spice, so you dont taste the vegetable.
