This leads to a number of common complaints and niggles

• Nausea is the first symptom that lasts for sometimes 15 weeks to throughout pregnancy. It can be warded off by drinking lot of fruit juices and clear and healthy soups. Flatulence can also be avoided by plenty of drinks. Avoid caffeinated beverages.

• Backache is another common complaint during pregnancy. With the increase in the weight at the front, it gives pressure on the spine, creating the pain. Light exercises, yoga and often swimming helps to keep the backache at bay.
