In scorching summer days we get crazy for some cool sensation & this way we get the summer colds, but with some serious attempts we can easily avoid the irritating colds & live out our normal easy lives.

•    In the summer don’t set your room temperature to extreme low from the original temperature. In various shopping malls air conditions are set in extreme low temperature, you can wear light jacket to avoid those risk factors.

•    In summer days your body always require a cool sensation, but don’t spend so much time in swimming pool or cold lakes.  These will support the cold virus to attach with you.

•    Drinking enough fluids can help your body from getting dehydrated & prevent you from experiencing exhaustion, headaches etc.

•    Cold viruses usually enters through your skin first, so wash your hand after reaching home or before taking meals is necessary.

•    In sunny days don’t allow yourself to have extreme sun exposure, consequence of excessive sun exposure is not at all good & can damage your immune system.

•    Even in summer days don’t forget to carry a light jacket, because sometimes you can feel distinctly cooler in the evening. Sometimes even movie halls offer blankets to escape the extreme air-conditioning cold.

•    Before drinking the chilled water place it outside the refrigerator for a while.  Try to avoid using ice-cubes in your drinks.

•    Sweating is the common problem in summer, especially after climbing, gardening etc. Wet clothes can make your body too much chilled so always remember to change your wet clothes.
