Chilblains are also popular as pernio and perniosis. It mostly happens because of excessive hot or cold condition 
when the blood vessels (in the skin) get inflamed. It’s an acral ulcer. Because of extreme weather, capillary bed gets damaged & we experience itching, redness, discoloration, blisters etc.
• For some soothing relief you can also apply the calamine lotion.
• Several calcium channel blockers are also useful for escaping the chilblain situation.
• Try to wear covered cloth & maintain the warm atmosphere in your home.
