This new study says that gym at work helps employees to relive stress and lift moods, thus makes them more efficient, productive and happy.

To find out the impact of exercise facilities at workplace, the researchers from the Bristol University enlisted 200 hundred volunteers and they found that exercise at workplace helped the people to have better concentration, feel stress free and lift mood.

According to some experts, the results of the study urged that more businesses must provide gyms and other workout facilities to their worker to boost their productivity and efficiency.

Jo Coulson, who led the study, says in this connection: “All we know that we can gain a lot of mental and physical benefits from regular exercises, but if people have some active break during their working times, they may have some additional benefits that can be nice for them as well as for their company.”
