This recipe is an excellent source of calcium which makes your bones stronger. This easy preparation also has low soya1calories & is also a good source of Vitamin C. Vitamin C can strengthen your immune system & its antioxidant agents can prevent your body from radical damage. Its also a good supporter of cardiovascular system. Through converting amino acid it helps nervous system. Some other (fruits/vegetables) rich in vitamin C  are yellow bell, tomatoes, strawberries etc.


Ingredients:
Any boneless fish or whole pomfret or betki fillets
Onion- 1-2 (sliced finely)
Ginger- chopped finely (2 inch piece)
3 tbsp- Soya sauce
1 tbsp- Olive oil
Salt & pepper- As per taste.
Direction:

Wash  the fish properly & let it dry.
Take a medium size dish & pour soya sauce.
Add chopped onion & ginger all. Spread it evenly.
Now put the fish pieces & over it add the same things in a same method.
Sprinkle pepper & salt according to your taste.
Take the olive oil & pour in a fine stream.
Put the plate in a steamer for almost 15-20 minutes.
Take it off from steamer & serve hot.
