Beet is a provider of Vitamin A, B, C. Consumption of beet can boost energy levels. It’s useful for lowering cholesterol beet-pasta21levels. It has the potential to prevent colon cancer. Beet juice can also improve the lever activity.
Large amounts of beet consumption can make both urine & stools reddish.


Ingredients:
½ cup pasta (as per your choice)
1 beet (medium size)
½ tbsp- olive oil
2-3 tbsp- ricotta cheese
Garlic powder- As per taste.
Salt- according to taste
As per taste lemon pepper seasoning

Direction:
Cut the beet into small pieces. Wash properly & place in the cooker. Pour enough water (3-4 cup) & let it cook. Allow for 2-3 whistle.
Drain the water in a separate container for beet soup.
Cook the pasta in a deep bowl till it  is soft.
Now blend the cooked beet, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, salt and lemon pepper seasoning together.
Take a frying pan and heat olive oil in it to a medium temperature.
Pour the beet mixture & simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Now mix the cooked pasta with beet sauce and the dish is ready.
