Balanced diet is not about maintaining strict diet charts or “eat less exercise more”.

It is something about feeling energetic and healthy. It’s about the complete well-being through proper nutrition, including water. Balanced diet is a composition of different aspects of nutrition in appropriate quantities.
So in balanced diet there are five food groups, which help you to ensure a healthy diet. These are:
Pulses, bread, rice & cereals,
Vegetables,
Dairy products
Poultry, Fish, Meat products,
Fruits
These food groups should contain proper quantity of carbohydrates, protein, fats, vitamins, minerals and sprout.
Vegetables are the main source of fibres, which helps you to maintain a healthy life. Carbohydrates are provided by fruits. 3-5 types of vegetables have great significance in daily meal. Spinach, tomato, cauliflower, broccoli, banana blossom, asparagus, green peas, corn, potato, squash these are few important vegetables.
Fruits are a great supplier of vitamins (like A & C). Fruits are all about fibres and are very useful for constipation. It also provides sodium and potassium. So fruits provide material results for good health.
Dairy products are the best provider of vitamins, proteins and minerals. Drinking milk is the best way to increase your calcium level. Ghee, paneer, milk, butter, cheese  are few dairy products.
Poultry, fish, meat and nut products are excellent suppliers of vitamins, iron, proteins etc. Chicken, mutton, fish, eggs, crab, shrimp, etc these are few of the said products. These foods provide body building energy and also help for energy storing.
Pulses, bread, rice, cereals are excellent sources of starches (carbohydrates) and also good source of energy.
These types of foods taken in proper quantity will help you to increase muscles , controlling BP and body weight. It helps to increase mental relaxation. It lowers cholesterol and controls blood sugar level. Last but not the list, it protects body from malnutrition.
