Period is normal for every female, but sometime it makes you feel irritative and discomfort. So you need to prepare yourself for facing such situation. You don’t need to do some heavy jobs or carry heavy things; you just need to carry some essential things that can save you from the shameful situations.
• Keep track of your periods, when it usually happens, when it finishes. It will help you to prepare for the situation.
• Your body needs enough iron supply in those days, so ensure that you are not suffering from iron deficiency.
• You can also get some professional help, for getting some relief on such irritating days.
• Always carry enough pads whenever you go out.
• Always arrange different sized pads for different places, like for carrying in a purse arrange for a small one, to keep in the washroom arrange some big ones, for earlier days always arrange for something that can take on the heavy flow.
• Always place it at the base of your school back –pack, so that you don’t require moving it out when taking out some other things.
• When you are going for a whole day programme, make sure that you are carrying enough buffers for the whole day.
