This is hardly surprising since many forms of cancer tend to run in families, even when there is no as-yet-discovered connection. They’ve isolated a mutated gene that predisposes a person to developing breast cancer. Someday they will unlock more of the genetic code and perhaps learn to fix these genes before there are problems.

While I don’t think it’s fair that HIV is the only disease now causing stopping immigrants to the United Sates, I do think we should have the right to bar people based on communicable disease status. HIV isn’t the only one that should be on that list, however. I believe that a country has a duty to protect those who are already citizens before extending that privilege to others.

I am curious as to which countries were included in the study. The article doesn’t mention the United States which I’m assuming means that they were in the middle somewhere since the author mentions both the highest and lowest percentages. In the US, there is much controversy on the idea of needle exchanges as so many people want to stop the drug use. What they don’t realize is that they don’t stop the drugs, they just spread the virus.

This article didn’t give me enough detail to come up with an informed opinion on the possible efficacy of the chelation process. If it involves profound autism, however, I can sympathize with any parents who wanted their child to participate in the study. There isn’t much hope for improvement in most children with profound autism so I can’t blame them for grasping at the thought of any hope.

It’s really sad when people study and work not because they have a passion for the trade, but for the money. I feel that if they decide to enter a particular profession, they must be willing to accept all aspects of it.

Oh man, what a can of worms.

When dealing with gray areas such as these, you’ve got to use common sense. Medical testing is okay in my opinion, so long as the people have voluntarily consented. If they didn’t, then you have to respect their rights.

Its great to know that the low-fat dairy products can help the blood pressure, not just the fat. The main benefit is the calcium in it, and some low-fat products today have the same taste as the original one.

Depression hits higher during recession period. Some of our older generation still depends on their children and things can get harder during this period. Personally, I think everyone should be given equal attention. Medical age barriers guideline should be removed.

This is interesting find out. We usually neglect to take fish in our daily intake. I think it is very useful information and should encourage to take omega-3 rich fish from young age. Personally, I eat fish 3 times a week but mostly fried. Maybe, should avoid frying method.

I agree that fish have a lot of benefit, but the problem is most people today don t like fish. So maybe they can try a different variety of fish menu. And about fried fish, I guess its not really healthy because it contains some cooking oil and the nutrition is gone

i will eat fish on every sunday.now a days dementia making lot of risk.so iam safe from this risk.i think we may become fat if we eat fatty fish and tuna bcoz it has lot of fat.

Yes, it is obvious that hemorrhages are mostly caused by high blood pressure and controlling the bp would be the best way to move forward. Although not all hemorrhages can be treated by this method. it is better to consult the doctor first.
