11.jpgYeah, it’s quite difficult to turn down the sight and smell of food in different summer fairs and festivals. But, according to American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAI), people must take intensive care and keep themselves away from such foods, if they have food allergies.

 Dr. Amal H. Assa’ad who is chairman of the Adverse Reactions to Food Committee says in this regard that there are many unanswerable questions about preparations, potential cross-toxicities and ingredients and if they remain unanswered, they may lead to an allergic reaction.
