After we wake up in the morning we usually prefer to brush our teeth. To maintain the healthy teeth brushing is necessary at least twice in a day. It also protects your teeth from cavity & other teeth related ailments.
Ingredients:
1. Baking soda- ½ cup
2. Table salt- A pinch of
3. Peppermint oil- 1 drop
4. Sugar leaf (Stevia) – A pinch of it (optional)
Direction:
• Take a medium sized bowl & add the dash of salt along with the baking soda.
• Mix them properly & combine the peppermint oil along with the hydrogen peroxide.
• Check the taste to determine whether you require a little more sweetness then mix the dash of stevia.
• Mix properly all the ingredients till you get the desired thickness (you can add hydrogen peroxide to get the required consistency).
• Enjoy your homemade paste.
