1. Getting Good Looking Legs — A good looking set of legs can help a woman find Mister Right or simply boost her self-esteem. Getting a pair of amazing legs takes work, but is well worth it. Some women simply want better looking legs.
2. You can’t Spot Target Areas — Many women start leg exercises with the notion that they can target their problem fatty areas. Exercising only these areas will not remove fat from your problem areas because the body decides what areas it will remove fat from when it needs it without your intervention.
3. Expensive Machines Not Required — Machines that help a person do squats can help a person improve the looks of her legs, but the machines are often uncomfortable and difficult to use. If you feel more comfortable doing squats or get more benefit from them than the other methods suggested that is no reason to discontinue using the squat machine.
