Ingredients:
- Sugar- 2 cup
- Lemon juice-1/3cup
- Freshly rasped lemon zest- 2 tsp
- Peeled & chopped ginger- 2 tbsp
- Water- 4 cup
Direction:
- Take a heavy bottom saucepan & pour water, sugar, ginger & lemon zest.
- Boil it on low heat for about 10-12 minutes & let it simmer for a little bit.
- Remove from the heat, add lemon juice & stir well.
- Take an ice cream maker & freeze the mixture as per manufacturer’s instruction.
- Smash them into small pieces & spin in the food processor till you get the unruffled surface.
- Again pour it in a chilled airtight container & let it get extremely chilled (for almost 45-60 minutes).
