Excess weight is an important problem now days because people eat food with extra calories, our children prefer watching T.V, playing video games and spending time on computer rather than playing outdoor games etc.Excess weight can also cause decline in the cognitive abilities of an individual.

A research of Kent State University published in the Journal of Surgery for Obesity and Related Diseases says that weight loss is not only beneficial for health but it also sharpens the memory of an individual.

John Gunstad, an Assistant Professor of Psychology who is also a lead author of the study says that weight loss can improve the attentiveness and the cognitive abilities. Obesity can also cause diseases like Alzheimer, Stroke, Memory Problems and Concentration Problems etc.

Food Network Star Season 7-A Cool “Season” for Hot Summers

Food Network Star returns in June and there will be exciting guest stars on the new food network stars show. Mary Beth Albright, Justin Balmes, Whitney Chen, Katy Clark, Peny Davidi, Justin Davis, Howie Drummond, Jyll Everman, Susie Jimenez, Juba Kali, Jeff Mauro, Vic “Vegas” Moea, Chris Nirshel, Orchid Paulmeire, and Alicia Sanchez are 15 finalists of Food Network Star Season 7. Food Network Star is produced by CBS Eye Too Productions

Episode 1-5

15 finalists will meet in Los Angeles at Grauman’s Chinese Theater; Bobby Flay will challenge the finalists to cook a dish that could represent their personal cooking style. In the 2nd Episode rest 14 contestants will face a pizza challenge, this stage will surprisingly eliminate one contestant and rest 13 will have to cook dishes which are people usually cook in routine. In 3rd Episode, the 12 finalist will make dinner by using the Hershey’s Product and then winner of season 5 will challenge the 11 contestants to prepare a bouche by using Kellogg’s cereals in 45 mins. In 5th episode all the 10 contestants will have to prove that they can cook as well as entertain people.
