A high calorie diet is always a major reason for obesity, over weight etc. So to maintain a fit & problem free body try to ricebeaconsume low calorie foods. Sometimes excessive weight can make your movements restricted. High calorie food consumption can also encourage the bad cholesterol, which in turn can affect your several body systems.

The following recipe is a low calorie preparation.

Ingredients:

1.    Roasted bell pepper (red)/ pimiento- 1 (large sized, chopped into small size pieces)
2.    Extra virgin olive oil- 1-2 tsp
3.    Finely minced garlic- 2 cloves
4.    Green bell pepper- ½ (chopped into tiny slices)


5.    Distilled white vinegar- 2 tbsp
6.    Black beans- 2 1/6 ounces
7.    Hot sauce- 8-10 drops/ as per taste
8.    Salt- As per taste
9.    Pepper (freshly ground)- According to taste
10.    Fresh cilantro- 3 tbsp (minced finely)
11.    Cooked white rice – 3 cup (desirable to cook in chicken broth)

Direction:
•    Take a large sized frying pan & place it on medium heat.
•    Now pour the red pepper/pimientos along with the garlic & green peppers.
•    Stir well for almost 2-3 minutes.
•    Add the vinegar along with the hot sauce & black beans.
•    Cover the top partially & allow it to cook for almost 5-8 minutes on low heat.
•    Pour the cooked rice & chopped cilantro.
•    According to taste sprinkle the pepper & salt for proper seasoning.
•    If you want then serve the dish with some extra drops of hot sauce.
