Ingredients:

1.    Berry (blackberry/blueberry/raspberry or mixture)- 3 cups (thawed partially or frozen)
2.    Plain yogurt (low fat)- ¾ cup
3.    Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
4.    Sugar substitute- 6 tbsp

Direction:

•    Pour the berries along with lemon juice & sugar in a blender or food processor.
•    Blend it until you get the smooth texture.
•    Now add the pulse along with yogurt & blend again.
•    Pour the mixture in the medium sized bowl & cover the lid.
•    Place the container in the refrigerator for almost an hour (till it gets chilled).
•    Now remove the mixture from the container & pour into the ice cream maker as per the direction of the manufacturer.
•    You can also pour the mixture in the metal pan & put in the refrigerator for almost six hours (until you get the solid texture).
•    Now smash the solid chunk & pour in the food processor.
•    Blend it till you get the creamy liquid.
•    You can serve it immediately or you can place it in the freezer (cover container) to get the chilled taste.
