High calorie foods are always responsible for making you fat. They are one of the main reasons for obesity which in apple-crisp1turns triggers several other diseases. So try to consume low calorie foods like the following recipe.

Ingredients:

1.    Flour- ½ cup
2.    Brown sugar- ½ cup
3.    Oats- ¼ cup
4.    Pecans- 2 tbsp (crumpled)


5.    Cranberries (dried) – ½ cup
6.    Apple- 7 cup (skin removed & chopped)
7.    Margarine substitute- 2 tbsp
8.    Apple butter- 3 tbsp
9.    Lemon juice- 2-3 tbsp

Direction:

•    Take a large sized bowl & mix together oats along with flour, pecans, brown sugar & margarine substitute.

•    Mix well & keep them aside.

•    Take another bowl & combine together lemon juice and fruits.

•    Take a baking dish of eight inch square & place the fruits on it.

•    Now spread the apple butter on top of it.

•    On the top scatter the oat mixture.

•    For about 40-45 minutes bake in an oven at 375 degree temperature.
